Who we serve

One discipline, three kinds of principal. Choose your path.

Krymax Studio works for those who lead business and capital and want executive direction, not advice alone: funds and investors, family offices and entrepreneurial families, and structured, owner-led SMEs and mid-market companies. One discipline — Strategy, Structure, Control — calibrated to three kinds of principal, with direct involvement and accountability for results.

The principal changes, the method does not. To a fund we bring operating-partner direction inside portfolio companies, from the 100-day plan to exit, with KPIs and governance to protect and grow value; to a family office, governance that separates ownership from management, formalises the rules and prepares the generational handover; to an SME or mid-market company, a second management line, timely numbers and a structure to scale without losing identity. In every case we sit inside the company, with few mandates at a time and direct partner access.

What does not change is the backbone. Strategy sets an explicit direction; structure translates it into governance, delegations and arrangements that hold under pressure; control makes it measurable through KPIs and cadence. It is the same direction, applied to an investment horizon, a family continuity or an entrepreneurial growth path — all that changes is where the value lever sits.

Whatever the profile, a mandate takes shape the same way: a clear perimeter, KPIs and milestones, direct partner access and a control cadence that holds under pressure. It may take the form of a direction mandate, a fractional or interim leadership, a modular package or a dedicated project — but the end goal does not change: resilient governance and know-how transferred to the company, so that what we build keeps holding once we step away. We leave no dependency behind us.

Choose the profile that fits you: each page sets out the typical challenge, how we step in, what we leave behind and the related capabilities. If you operate on several fronts at once — capital, family and business together — the starting point is the same confidential discussion, in which we understand where strategy, structure and execution diverge and whether we are the right fit.
